Before we get started, we'll need to talk to you to understand your unique requirements so that we can set up your firm and individual users in the Store. For example, we will need to know how you want to use the Store and what controls you want in place, like compliance sign off, user access and personalisation of products, payment options etc.
We also need to know what you can supply in terms of design, artwork, copy and existing items. We will want to discuss this with you and build our own ‘fact find’ to make sure we get you set up properly.
This will ensure that you choose the right service option and, that you and your employees, advisers or members are placed in an appropriate hierarchy. Compliance are ‘in the loop’ and that we can provide you with a relevant pricing structure.
