Can you change items to reflect different firms and brands that work with our business?
Yes, this is one of the great features of the online Store. We can set-up items of literature which can be amended online by you – if the amends are straightforward – or by us on your behalf if the amends are more complex. These amendments can include, for example, changing the logo and address details. More information about this appears on the ‘Made to measure’ section on the TOnMD service options page.
Can you change items to reflect different locations within our business?
Yes. The Store provides many benefits for firms with multiple branches. The Store allows individuals and branches (with the firm’s permission) to personalise standard items of literature. More information about this appears on the ‘Management service’ section on the TOnMD service options page.
Can I include my photographs or images?
Yes, when we go through the set-up process we’ll discuss with you uploading any images and photographs into your catalogue.
I would like to include some pictures in the leaflet, can you provide them?
Yes. The Store’s library contains a number of images which are free to use. In addition, if you want us to source particular images for you, we can do so, although there will be an extra charge. Please complete the quotation form and we’ll tell you how much each image will cost.
I need to amend a leaflet previously produced on the TOnMD website, how do I do this?
To amend a product that has already been set up in the Store, you will need to e-mail us the changes you require to be made to this product to enquiries@tonmd.co.uk. We will then make the appropriate changes and the amended product will be accessible within the Store as before. Depending on the amount of changes there will be a charge for amendments; a product can normally be available for order again within a couple of days.
I have a regular newsletter with a standard layout, could this be produced online?
Yes. Depending upon the degree of changes needed you can either make the changes yourself online or we will make the changes for you. Either way, using the Store to produce your newsletters is a cost-effective method of developing regular and targeted communications.
